Shan-Gri-La Farm guarantees the finest possible sod.  However, we cannot guarantee the sod after it leaves our hands do to the following:

Improper installation, lack of water or over water, watering during the wrong time, poor soil conditions, disease or insect on site, planting in poor conditions, sod not installed immediately on delivery or pick-up, certain weeds that develop after transplanting, or improper care or neglect. 

Any claims must be made within 24 hours of pick-up, delivery, or installation.  If it is determined that a problem occurred with the sod we will replace the sod that failed.  Labor and delivery costs of the replacement sod is not covered and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  No claims will be considered regarding orders which are not paid in full.
