SGL Farm Cancellation Policy

At Shan-Gri-La Farm, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure we can accommodate all of our customers, all sod orders are subject to the following cancellation policy:

Please notify us BY PHONE of any cancellations or rescheduling requests a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your scheduled pickup or delivery. For next day orders, all requests must be made BEFORE the close of our business day, 4:30pm M-F, and 12 noon on Saturdays. Cancellation and rescheduling requests made via text or email will NOT be accepted.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows will be held responsible for the full amount of their processed order.

We understand that emergencies can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
